Cross-Disciplinary Project "Georgian Chocolate"

On Friday, January 24, 2020, the cross-disciplinary project presentations took place at the Donald Thomas Library of the American Academy. Five groups of senior students presented their works on the theme of chocolates inspired by Georgian fairy tales. They described the chocolate manufacturing process, demonstrated packaging, and presented ideas for launching a new product.
The project was supervised by Ketevan Chikovani, Natia Chachua, Mariam Khidesheli, and Mariam Kandiashvili.
