Mariam Khidesheli, American Academy Alumna and Now an English Teacher

Meet Mariam Khidesheli, one of our successful graduates.

Mariam completed the Guivy Zaldastasnishvili American Academy in 2007 and pursued higher education at the Central European University in Budapest and the Tbilisi State University. She is now a world literature teacher at our school.

Mariam discovered her passion for teaching when she designed an elective course on Georgian mythology for our students as part of her master’s thesis.
