American Academy Students on A Field Trip

The American Academy organized a field trip for their students on May 11th. During the trip, our students visited various interesting regions of Georgia as part of it.
Eighth-grade students went to Manglisi. They explored the Didgori Memorial Complex and 6th-7th-century Georgian Orthodox Manglisi Sioni Cathedral.
Ninth -graders visited Atheni Sioni, Samtavisi Temple, and the archeological monument - Grakliani Hill.
Students in the tenth grade went to Kvareli. They visited Ilia Chavchavadze House- Museum and the Money Museum.
Eleventh-graders went to Vardzia. They visited Samtskhe-Javakheti History Museum and Akhaltsikhe Rabati Fortress and Castle.
Students in twelfth-grade traveled to Kakheti. They visited Gurjaani Kvelatsminda Church, New Shuamta Monastery , Gremi Fortress, Ikalto and Alaverdi Monasteries and the palace of King Erekle II.
